By opting in, you agree to receive account notifications, leasing updates, appointment reminders, and customer service text messages from us. Information We Collect When you text us or provide your mobile number to us, we collect your mobile phone number, your name if provided, and the content of messages you send us. We may also collect information you share with us in the course of a leasing inquiry, tenancy, maintenance request, or business relationship. How We Use Your Information We use your information only to communicate with you about matters related to our property management services, including leasing inquiries, showing and appointment coordination, maintenance and property access, account and lease matters, and responses to your questions.
